First present

Look at me I am holding my first birthday presi.

We had a good day. Celina had 3 portions of food and 2 bottles of water, they went in fairly easy. Then about 7.30 pm we had two visitors, Clive and Amy. They brought an early birthday present. Amy is too young so she could not get in to see Celina but I had her on my arm and we talked while daddy went to see Celina and to give her her birthday present. The purple goes nice with the pink of the cast. A bit of colour in our lives. And this was an early presi because Lina's birthday is just tomorrow. And we gonna have a partyyy! Watch this space.

Thank You Lord that You are in our lives and have always been there even when we did not know it.

Checkers Simple Truth smooth peanut butter
Oh Mega almond butter
Woolies Double cream yoghurt
Elgin free range chicken liver and chicken breast trimmings or breasts
vaccum packed ostrich
spekko long grain Jasmin rice
potatoes (not sweet potatoes)
avocados lots
pumpkin, butternut, gem squash, carrots
baby spinach, celery, chard, kale, cucumbers
pawpaws, mangoes, pears, oranges, kiwi, strawberries, peaches, apricots, plums yellow and red
olive oil, avocado oil all extra virgin and cold pressed
Wetwipes any but fragrance free
Pnp Nina or Eva hygiene pads
Clemens nappies small with 4 drops(Nappy Warehouse. or Wynberg pharmacy)

Lesson from a donkey

One day a farmer's donkey fell down into a well.
The animal cried piteously for hours as the farmer tried to figure out what to do.
Finally, he decided the animal was old, and the well needed to be covered up anyway;
it just wasn't worth it to retrieve the donkey.
He invited all his neighbors to come over and help him.
They all grabbed a shovel and began to shovel dirt into the well.
At first, the donkey realized what was happening and cried horribly..
Then, to everyone's amazement he quieted down.
A few shovel loads later, the farmer finally looked down the well.
He was astonished at what he saw.
With each shovel of dirt that hit his back, the donkey was doing something amazing.
He would shake it off and take a step up.
As the farmer's neighbors continued to shovel dirt on top of the animal,
he would shake it off and take a step up.
Pretty soon, everyone was amazed as the donkey stepped up
over the edge of the well and happily trotted off!
MORAL :
Life is going to shovel dirt on you, all kinds of dirt.
The trick to getting out of the well is to shake it off and take a step up.
Each of our troubles is a steppingstone.
We can get out of the deepest wells just by not stopping, never giving up!
Shake it off and take a step up.

3. Live simply and appreciate what you have.
4. Give more.
5. Expect less from people but more from God.
